Working as a part of the project development and design teams developing an operational brief strategy that aligns the asset stakeholder’s expectations with the operational key holders brand standards. Undertaking a full planning and detailing of the operational facilities specifically including the kitchens, laundry, solid waste management and staff wellbeing areas. From feasibility to tender documentation, packages can be developed to suit the project and location that best dovetails with the programming.

Technical services consultancy

Supporting the project stakeholders and key holders in developing and/or monitoring brand standard implementation ensuring that the design development considers the balance of future trends and regional sustainability. At each stage of the design process, supporting the teams in understanding the opportunities in efficiencies and enhancements to the experiences.

tendering and procurement

Preparing relevant packages and BOQ’s for fixed assets and OS&E requirements and arranging a suitable portfolio of specialist suppliers. Undertaking technical and financial reviews of bid returns and submitting recommendations for procurement routes to best support the investing stakeholders.

Developing design briefs for key revenue generating areas that allow both owning stakeholders and operational key holders to maximize the opportunities whilst retaining elements of future proofing for further enhancements

Supporting manufacturers in the product development by demonstrating future trend analysis and operational expectations in performance and design.

construction supervision

Providing a blend of "off-site" and "on-site" support to the stakeholders by supervising the performance and quality of the services provided by the specialist contracting teams. In doing so, ensuring that the integrity of the investments made on the asset are protected.

pre opening support

To undertake a supporting role in overseeing the process of handover of all investor assets to operational key holders. Ensuring that the management of the pre-opening team comments and training requirements are monitored and successfully concluded.

design review and legal advisory

Offering third party independent technical overview and reporting on existing facilities and designs. Also supporting legal cases as a specialist advisory consultant.
